Charity events have always been a passion of mine.  One of my first live performances was an event for the Cancer Council.  The event was organised by my friend Ruth, who was battling cancer and was one of the Cancer Council ambassadors.  Ruth has since passed away and I always try to honour her legacy by continuing to give.

Assisting charities with their fundraising is my favourite type of performance.  I love that I can make people smile with my voice and I love that I can use my voice to make a difference in the world.  I have performed at Hummingbird House (children’s palliative care), to bring joy to the children and their families. 

​

I have raised funds for RedKite and the Cancer Council by busking or performing and I have also volunteered at the Daniel Morcombe Foundation, assisting with the post production audio and graphics on their videos.

I have love performing in musicals and have been involved many amateur and semiprofessional shows including Annie, Snow White, Wizard of Oz, Singing in the Rain and the King and I.

My favourite musical is Wicked, and my dream is to one day play Elphaba in a professional capacity.

I have participated in many live performances with audiences of up to 15 000 people.  I am a member of Vocal Manoeuvres Academy (VMA) choral group, musical theatre group and have private vocal coaching with Alison Rodgers, the director of VMA.

• I have performed at the Lord Mayors Christmas Carols (Brisbane) twice, once as a member of a choral group and once as a featured vocalist.

• I have performed with Eagles Nest Opera group. 

• I have sung in a televised performance for Creative Generations (2020) and am a backing vocalist for their 2021 show. 

• I have performed at Disney Land (Anaheim) and Universal Studios in the USA.  

I have been singing since before I could speak and have been performing professionally since the age of 15.   I have been fortunate enough to be technically trained by many wonderful teachers who have helped me develop a legit vocal style (like Julie Andrews).  My vocal style is grounded in classical / operatic technique, and I am a soprano with a 3-octave range.

I learn the piano, am proficient in sight reading music and am comfortable singing many genres.  I have had lessons with many vocal coaches from all over Australia, New York, and Los Angles.  Years of training and dedication to improving my understanding and use of my voice has given me the ability to preform many styles and produce a controlled, balanced, and dynamic tone across a broad spectrum.

I am as passionate about dancing as I am singing.  I work really hard to ensure my dancing skills are at the level necessary to perform in musicals.

I am also due to finish my Certificate III in Dance this semester. 

I am passionate about animals, dogs in particular.  My beautiful dog Lennon (pictured) is a fully trained and certified assistance dog.

When I am not singing or performing, I spend my time working as a dog trainer or hanging out with my many pets.  I have always found animals easy to be around and prefer their company to people. 

From aged 15, I have funded my own singing lessons by gaining work singing in restaurants, at private events or busking. 

 

I am reliable, have incredible vocal stamina and a wide song set, to suit the taste of many.  I am available to perform at weddings, parties, corporate events or community events at extremely reasonable rates.

I record my own singing using a Rode NT4 microphone and Garage Band.  I sometimes record myself multiple times and combine the recordings so that I am able to harmonise with myself.

 

When I perform live I use my Roland Street cube, which can be powered by batteries or power source.     

I love digital design and in my spare time I create digital art.  The picture above was made using Procreate and is of Drogon, Viserion and Rhaegel, dragons from Game of Thrones.

I love drawing dragons from Game of Thrones and have created a time lapse video of me drawing one to accompany me singing a "Mother of Flame" cover.
